Each apartment is furnished by taking inspiration to the territory of the lake and can accommodate up to 4 people.

“La Rondinella” reminds of vineyards.

“Acquachiara” reminds of sweet healthy Thermal water of Sirmione.

“La Cedraia” takes inspiration from the lemon groves.

“Le Vele” takes inspiration from sailing practiced on the lake.

“Le Rose” takes inspiration from the fragrant flower of roses.

“Vinessa” reminds to the wind of Vinessa that blows on the south part of Garda Lake.

The types of apartments are divided in ground floor with terrace and garden or first floor with a vast terrace.

Apartment La Rondinella

An apartment inspired by the fruity notes of red wine, from the typical  vineyard of land on Lake Garda: La Rondinella.
Feeble tones transmit sweet serenity atmospheres and reminds of the beautiful countryside from Lugana to the Moraine hills. In order to improve all romantic feelings, the bedroom is characterized by a floral note. This is an apartment dedicated to lovers of the slowness, aimed to enjoy a good glass of wine, for people who love the land and the culture of wine of which Lake Garda is rich. The open-air terrace  that shows flowered garden offers a magnificent corner for relax and for outdoor lunch, ideal for adults and children.

A solar and welcoming apartment that is inspired by the lemon groves of Garda Lake also described by Goethe. In his memories of the journeys was strucked by the beauty of bloomed citrus still present on the shores of Garda Lake.
The colour of yellow that illuminate the space refers to the citrus notes of cedar and the perfum of lemon trees and flower of vanilla.
The rooms are redone in order to give the rustic character to the atmosphere. The terrace that overlooks the flowered garden offers a pleasant corner for relaxation and for outdoor dining, ideal for adult and children.

Apartment Vinessa

A very bright apartment, delicate and comfortable with a beautiful view on the privat harbor called “Sirmione 2” and in the background the Monte Baldo. Inspired by a wind characteristic of the southern part of Garda Lake, “The Vinessa”, a steady wind coming from East and South-East blowing from the Verona side to that of Brescia, due to ongoing disturbances in the northern Adriatic or the onset of Bora. If so, whether the sky to the east south-east of Peschiera del Garda becomes dark, it heralds the arrival of this wind bearer of bad weather and that can be very dangerous because of its strength and the wave that originates.  In contrast to the wind the apartment features pleasant colors white, blue and beige that makes the room very relaxing. Ideal for a couple or family, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 persons.  The first floor apartment is accessible by an external coverde staircase in common with the other two units. Guests can use the common garden on the ground floor and the swimmingpool.
